You will then be gently transported with a sound meditation: washed in the vibration of the gongs, creating deep feelings of relaxation and timelessness. The complex and beautiful tones further assist with your energetic balancing journey, emotional cleansing and spiritual alignment.
We have comfortable chairs in which to sit in or lay across. You are also welcome to bring a yoga mat, blankets, pillows, eye masks, etc. to lay down or to feel more comfortable.
