During this workshop, with the QiGong Expert, Diane Hynes, you will learn and practice some of the postures, movements and breathing techniques that will help to open the flow of energy in your meridians and enhance our ability to feel the Life Force underlying the physical world.

Diane is an insightful and licensed bodywork therapist and herbalist with 30+ years of experience in the complementary health field. Diane currently has a private practice at Hope Wellness Center, in Hope, NJ. She also instructs various classes at the International School of Shiatsu and provides classes/lectures locally, nationally, internationally and online.
