The event will be held in our Sanctuary. We suggest dressing in comfortable clothing. Participants may be seated or lie down if desired. You are also welcome to bring a blanket(s), yoga mat, pillow, etc. to lay down and/or to ensure comfort during the session.

This non-invasive sound therapy has been known to reduce stress and anxiety, improve focus, reduce blood pressure and heart rate, and facilitate the release of endorphins and melatonin, as well as inviting profound relaxation and rejuvenation.

**We recommend pregnant women or those with seizure conditions consult their physician prior to attending a sound event.

This is a deep immersive experience that uses sound vibrations as a gentle and therapeutic way to nurture and restore the body/mind. The sounds are created by a variety of sonic instruments, including: crystal and Zen singing bowls, Planetary Gong and monochord.

The instruments produce a rich blend of harmonic overtones that are deeply compelling. You will experience profound relaxation and a calming of your nervous system to allow for clarity of purpose and vision.
