Using the Visioning process, you will be guided with meditation to journal what would be most helpful for you to release, while being supported by sacred sound from crystal singing bowls. Letting go begins the moment you put pen to paper. Then as you watch the paper burn, old patterns, beliefs and experiences will transmute into smoke. You are now open to a new emergence in your life.

You will then be gently transported into a profound state of relaxation with a sound meditation to allow your inspiration to come through to create a new vision.
